Training evaluation, done properly.
Korven helps L&D practitioners show what a training program actually changed, with a structured, evidence-based method from planning to a report your leadership can read.

Three steps, one clear method
Plan
A structured intake captures the program, the business problem it was meant to solve, the baseline and the objectives, so the evaluation is anchored before any data comes in.
Gather
Two survey waves. Wave 1 runs straight after training. Wave 2 runs later and checks what changed on the job, anchored on manager observation from three sources.
Report
A Comprehensive Analysis report sets out reaction, learning, behaviour and observed results, with triangulation, barriers and plain data-quality notes. Add your own metrics and it compares them with the survey evidence.
What Korven stands for
Honest about what the evidence can show
Evidence, not conclusions
Korven shows what the evidence says and how strong it is. The judgement stays with you.
Costs, not ROI guesswork
Korven is open about what training costs. It never invents a dollar value for behaviour change.
You stay the evaluator
Korven does the structure and the heavy lifting, and you review every step. It’s built to support evaluators, not replace them.
Privacy by design
Raw survey responses are deleted once they’re analysed. Participant names can be swapped for codes in your own browser, so Korven never receives them.
The beta
Help shape Korven
- A small, closed beta for up to 5 L&D practitioners. It’s free.
- You get the full Evaluation Suite, enough for about two complete evaluations.
- Korven is still in development, so expect rough edges and tell us what you find.
- Please use de-identified or fictional data where you can. You’ll see the beta terms and privacy notice before you get access.
